Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is purchased for an online credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.

 

  • Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance and Flash Sales are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE!  These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged!
    • Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, any form of Bras, Leotards, and Gift Certificates Cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box without damage to the box and mailed inside another box. .i.e., NO shipping labels, other marking on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES
Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not technically do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the other back for an online credit!

DEFECTIVE
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two (2) business days so we can correct the issue. 225-622-3156

RETURNING
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item/s you are returning.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.

 

Merchandise purchased online can be returned at our Gonzales, Louisiana location for an in-store credit. We have a 10 day store policy which states you have 10 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or in-store credit only and you must have your online receipt. These items must meet our return standards in order to be honored. After 10 days customers will NOT be given an in-store credit or exchange.

Merchandise purchased at Adrienne’s Boutique store located in Gonzales, LA may not be returned online.

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)

  1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
    2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
